Pistonsoft MP3 Tags Editor 2.75
 Removed as it did not do what i was after
hi there..
I checked out the program and after discovering it did not cater for my needs, i removed it.. Also note there are imitations flying around using your front end but nothing to do with Pistonsoft (appears that way). My issue was that i was ripping some CDs using Nero 7 and when using WMA format it did not imbed the tags into the files. However i had named the files according to the format %t - %n - %a.%e where TNAE refer to track number, song title, artist and extension. Nero simply had the track title in the tag as the track number. As I was not in my usual place of residence, i was hoping to find a program that would use the filename structure and build the tags from it. Somehow, i seemed to have allowed 45 of my files to get NAMED as 01 through to 45 and i cant explain how it occurred. As they were on a USB stick, i have other copies around that have the original filenames. The program layout was very good, however, in this case it did not offer the options I was interested in. So far I haven't been able to recover any of my music after I tried to set up my ipod on my new computer so I could x-fer my music to my new computer and then to my new Ipod. Well the Ipod software deleted all my music and I have paid 70 bucks for this software which hasn't recovered anything yet. We'll see if the tide turns.

Pleased overall
This is a a rather simple program for forming random teams. I needed it to make teams out of people who wanted to play but didn't have a set team. I preformed exactly as I had hoped. My only complaint, and it is very nit picky, is that the "Pick a Person" function has a rather anoing sound everytime it works. That can easily be rectified by muting the sound. Not something that should deter someone from downloading this great bit of software.

i tried it out a bit and and think its cool. the only thing i think it needs is layered drawing effect so you can see the previous pages at the same time but show lighter as they go back. this would inable the user to make more accurate adjustments on each frame just like they did doing hand drawings using a light box.

Searched the newsgroups and of the alternatives I found this to be the easiest to use and install. Downloaded and expanded the zip files to a sub-directory under "Program Files" called Doc2RTF. Tested the program and "it did what it said on the box". For convenience I then linked the docx file type to Docx2Rtf. The display is useful to check whether it is worth saving at all. Almost as good as a direct filter as program loads quickly to the extra operation is hardly noticeable.

it shows japanese words written in romaji and their english meaning! but it's really pointless.
It claims that it reads the words for you "so you can learn the words uncounsiously"!! This is a big fat lie!
Do you know what it does? it uses a lame "text-to-speech" tool, which is trained to only read ENGLISH words! when it tries to read the Japanese words written in romaji, you get a total mess!
So, my advice, don't waste your time with this useless piece of software. (you already wasted enough time reading this review, really, just move on!)
P.S. I use a tool called "Anki"
